Model: M7450
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.4 Build 240718 Rel.12n

I can’t connect to the internet even though the signal shows full bars and 4G+ (I still have more than 40GB of data remaining).

The signal bars also keep dropping from time to time, even though the network signal in our area is strong. I’ve tried resetting the device multiple times and tested different providers (Globe, Smart, and DITO), but the issue remains the same.

I haven’t been able to use this M7450 since day one because of this problem.

Could you please help me? I never encountered this issue with my M7350 unit. I upgraded to the M7450 because of its bigger battery capacity and supposedly faster performance.

I use this device for work from home, I really need assistance resolving this issue. Hope you can help me please :(

I saw that below almost same issue with mine has been resolved?

  @Colyn-TP

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.

I've left a message with a beta firmware for M7450_V2. Could you please help me test whether it helps with your case?

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.
