Hello @1APi ,
Welcome to our community.
May I know the hardware and firmware version of your router? Please refer to How to find the hardware and firmware version of my TP-Link device.
Have you changed settings for Archer BE230 recently?
Here are some suggestions that may help:
- Check Access Control settings: In the web interface (http://tplinkwifi.net) or the Tether app, verify whether devices on the 2.4GHz band are accidentally blocked in the Access Control settings.
- Check Parental Control profiles: In the web interface or the Tether app, ensure that devices on the 2.4GHz network are not included in any restrictive Parental Control profile.
- Try connecting a device to the 2.4GHz network and test: Use a phone or laptop to connect specifically to the 2.4GHz band and verify if internet access works.

Hi again @1APi ,
May I know how the router is going now?
Is the firmware and hardware version of your router Archer BE230-V1-1.2.5 Build 20260108 rel.68570 ?
Have you tried to downgrade the firmware?

Hello and thank you 😊
I bought the router recently and adjusted it just like I did the old router in my house.
"Same router"
The problem was with the new router.
But yesterday I found that the same thing was happening with the other router in my house.
I didn't change anything in the settings.

@1APi ,
Thanks for getting back to us.
May I know your network topology diagram? For example, ISP modem—router )))((( client devices
(Note: — stands for wired connection,)))((( stands for wireless connection )
What are the models of your other routers? If there is another router in front of the BE230. Please check its 2.4G connectivity.
If the 2.4G connection is unstable throughout the entire network, consider using a WiFi analyzer to check for interference or channel congestion on the 2.4G network in your environment.
You can also try the suggestions I provided in my previous reply on the main router.
