Model: Archer BE400
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.2 Build 20251021 rel.27551(4555)

Hardware version v1.20 (wasn't available in the dropdown)

I have an MLO network configured, but my iPhone 17 Pro (iOS 26.3) doesn't switch to 2.4Ghz when I go out of range of 5Ghz WiFi.

I read on this forum that some other models received a firmware update for this but it seems that BE400 did not... yet?

Hi  @BartoszC ,

Thanks for getting back to us.

If I disable the MLO network, will your iPhone 17 Pro automatically switch Wi-Fi bands?

What clients are available on the same MLO network? Are there instances where the Wi-Fi connection drops?

In addition, have you compared it to other MLO networks?

You can install firmware here: Archer BE400(EU)_V1_1.2.3 Build 20260107.

Best Regards.

Hello @BartoszC ,

Welcome to our community.

You mentioned that your iPhone 17 Pro (iOS 26.3) doesn't switch to 2.4 GHz when you go out of range of 5 GHz. Will iPhone 17 Pro lose Wireless connection?

Can you get a new firmware update notification when you enable the Auto Update button?

@Joseph-TP yes, WiFi drops instead of switching to 2.4Ghz.

Router is on latest firmware.
