Model: Archer AX10
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: V1.3.12 build 20250828 Rel. 26873

Hello,

I've had this setilup for a while now and it was working for a charm, but all of a sudden my AX10 would constantly fail, I would be playing a game and all of a sudden everything times out, i look at the router and i see an orange led button that gets stuck for 20 seconds then goes back to green and i retain my connection back again.

My setup is:

TPLINK Archer VR600 v3 AC2100 as the main Modem, with a CAT6 cable connected to the WAN port and the AX10 is setup as a wireless router mode.

Connection Type is Dynamic IP, DHCP is on with a different subnet, main modem is 192.168.1.X and the AX10 is 192.168.0.X

Dynamic DNS set to TPLINK

Hello @UnlimitedEra ,

Welcome to our community.

Looks like your router's WAN connection is unstable. Please try the following steps:

1) Verify the upstream connection: Connect a PC directly to your Archer VR600 modem to verify if the Internet connection from your VR600 is stable. This will help determine if the issue is with the VR600 or the AX10.
2) Check the physical connection: Make sure the CAT6 Ethernet cable between your VR600 and the AX10's WAN port is connected properly. Try replacing it with a new cable to rule out a faulty cable.
3) Change the DNS Server: Log into the web management interface of your AX10, go to Advanced > Network > Internet > Advanced Settings, and change the two DNS Servers to 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8.
