Hello @tp-AC1200_Kent ,
Welcome to our community.
Thanks for reaching out! I understand that you're confused about which firmware version to download for your Archer C6(EU) V3.20 router, as there are two options with conflicting version numbers and publication dates.
When you encounter multiple firmware versions on the official website with seemingly inconsistent information, this can happen for a few reasons:
1. Newly Released Firmware: One firmware might be freshly released on TP-Link Cloud and made available via online upgrade first, while being uploaded to the official website later. This can cause temporary display inconsistencies with dates and version numbers.
2. Display Timing: Sometimes there's a lag between when firmware is built, when it's published online, and when it appears on the download page, which can create confusing date discrepancies.
My recommendation: In your case, I would suggest downloading Archer C6(EU)_V3.20_1.1.1 Build 20250716 as it has the higher version number (1.1.1 vs 1.0.18), which typically indicates it's the newer firmware release, despite the publication date appearing earlier.
Before upgrading, please ensure:
• The firmware matches your router's hardware version (V3.20 in your case) • you can verify this on the label on the bottom of your router
• Download the firmware from the official TP-Link website: https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/
