Archer AX72 is a gigabit router i.e. it has 5x1 Gbps ethernet ports. That's the reason you have the 1000 Mbps bottleneck between AX72 and the Deco.
As you can see from you second screenshot, you'll get a better speed if you connect AX72 wirelessly to the Deco.

I cant seem to edit so im trying to ask is there a way to increase the link rate between the archer and the deco routers
