Hi all, I've tried about everything I can to fix this issue, but nothing seems to work, so asking for the forum's help.

I am in Japan, I use a 10 gig MAP-E(OCN) connection type, and I have experimented with several IPV6 settings, all of which seems to end up the same way. I also re-seated all of my cables from the ONU to the router and from the fiber to the ONU itself... So any help or clue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Here's a partial system log form the last time it happened about 15 mins ago:

Hello @Osiyoh ,

Welcome to our community.

May I know if your network topology diagram is as follows:

Fiber to the home → ONU  → Router → Clients

What clients do you have? Please temporarily disconnect high-traffic devices, then check whether the disconnection persists.

Please check whether you have enabled advanced features on the routers, such as a reboot schedule.

If you have a different router, please connect it to the ISP device for comparison.

Record the time of the next disconnection to confirm whether it occurs at the same time each time.

To help you efficiently, I've forwarded your case to the TP-Link support engineers, who will reach out to you using your registered email address later. Please keep an eye on your email inbox for follow-up.

  @Joseph-TP

Hello and thank you for your reply.

This is my topography, just as you listed it:

Fiber to the home → ONU  → Router → Clients

I have a fair number of clients--two computers and an Apple TV for streaming that probably uses the most bandwidth in any given day. It is difficult to test for sure, but I haven't used the Apple TV for about a day, and right now my router has been online for 22 hours, so maybe there is some influence there. I am not sure.

I can be sure that the disconnection times are random, though. Usually they do happen later in the day, but they can happen multiple times in a row sometimes (in severe cases, that means the router will go offline, then back online for a minute or two, then offline again).

Hi @Osiyoh ,

Thanks for your reply. I noticed that your case has been escalated to a senior engineer and is being attempted to reproduce it. Please feel free to share any progress you may make.
