After 5 years this is still an issue. Do you know have one person there of average intelligence that understand people change mobile phones. I can longer access the admin setting on my network just because I got a new phone?

Can you leave me a message with the MAC address of the main Deco as well as the login email ID on the Deco App?

(PS: You might need to follow my account before sending the message.)

 

Most of the previous feedback is due to users having logged into another TP-Link email ID, which is not the original email that was used to set up the Deco.
