WiFi and internet connectivity
I have a question regarding a problem with the router C80. We're using it as an access point, and it's not connecting to the internet. It also intermittently loses its Wi-Fi connectivity. This is the third device we've replaced in the last six months. We updated the firmware to version 1.13.15 Build 240812, which corresponds to our hardware version, V2.
Any suggest?
Thanks a lot

According to the global support portal there's a newer FW release - here (Archer C80(EU)_V2_1.14.30 Build 250729).
Make sure that your FW region is EU before updating it - that's on the router bottom sticker:

If you have (US) region FW try this FW release - Archer C80(US)_V2.20_1.14.3 Build 241025.

Thanks you so much, @terziyski.
In our case, it also indicates US. Do you recommend writing directly to global support?
We sent an email to support.ar@tp-link.com, but no one responded.
We'll see if we risk performing the upgrade.
Thanks again ...
