I need to unlink my router as I have sold it and the buyer can not use it
I have sold my archer ac2800, but the buyer can not use it as it is linked to my account.
I did not realise I had linked it and would like to release the router and delete my account

Hi,
Start the Tether app (re-install it, in case you already deleted it) and log in with the TP-Link ID you used for this Archer router.
In the "My Devices" list the Archer router should appear and if you tap the (i) icon next to your Archer router a new screen should open that contains an "Unbind" button. Tap "Unbind" to release the Archer router from your account.
