TL-PS110P Novell Netware 5.1 setup

Dear team,
We recently purchased a TL-PS110P I have configured it on our network and IP-based printing works like a charm. However when configuring for Novell Netware 5 print queue support the printer status keeps saying disconnected. Both bindery and NDS modes have been enabled and configured. Could you kindly point me in the right direction for a resolution or literature regarding Netware setup.
