I cannot connect my Surfshark account with the deco app. With Surfshark I use my Apple account to automatically log in. I do hide my mail address. That means I have a privaterelay address. So using my exact same credentials like when logging in to Surfshark (saved in passkey), the deco app fails. Can anybody explain how to work around or solve?

Have you tried to manually set the SurfShark OpenVPN on the Deco App, such as:

@David-TP um thanks, David. You see following issue! Surfshark: I log in with Appleid credentials. Not with user name/email and password. deco (Surfshark): I can only use full credentials, not the auto log in. So it fails, always. btw: I don't find how to set up the von client. Do I need a static ip from Surfshark for that? And: I only bought Surfshark to use with deco and now I can't use it on the deco.... (Screenshots I cannot add due to security constraints. Illegal external links. 🤷🏻‍♂️)
