Hello @MikeTan ,

Welcome to our community.

There are several reasons why this might be happening. Let me help you troubleshoot:

1. Randomized MAC Address: Most mobile devices have randomized MAC addresses enabled by default. Please check the current MAC address of the client device and disable the randomized MAC address feature on the phone.
2. VPN Usage: Check if the client device is using a VPN to bypass the parental control. If so, disable VPN for testing.
3. Content Filter Settings: Enter the parental control profile > Content Filter, and make sure the correct category is selected.
4. Manual Blocking: If needed, add websites manually to the "Blocked Websites" section.

5. System Time: Ensure the router system time is correct on the Advanced > System Tools > Time Settings page.

The most common cause is the randomized MAC address feature on smartphones, so I'd recommend starting there. If you've tried the above troubleshooting steps and the steps don't help, please contact the local support team for further assistance.
