Model: Archer TX20E
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: son sürüm

Bluetooth suddenly becomes deactivated while browsing the web... I checked Device Manager and it's gone, but it reappears when I restart it... I recently changed the wireless protocol from AC to bcgn , it probably resets the software... There seems to be no problem now, I've set the power options to high performance, what could be the reason for the occasional reappearance?... Thanks.... The software is the latest version....

Hello @fime50 ,

Welcome to our community.

Here are some additional steps that may help prevent the Bluetooth from occasionally deactivating:

1. Verify Power Management Settings in Device Manager:
Open Device Manager, locate your Bluetooth adapter, double-click it, and go to the Power Management tab. Make sure "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" is unchecked.

2. Disable Built-in Bluetooth (if applicable):
If your computer has a built-in Bluetooth adapter, disable it in Device Manager to avoid potential conflicts with your TP-Link adapter.

3. Check F_USB Port Connection (for PCIe adapters with Bluetooth):
If you're using a PCIe adapter with a Bluetooth USB cable connection to the motherboard, try connecting to a different F_USB port.

4. Update Motherboard BIOS:
Since you recently changed the wireless protocol settings, verify your motherboard's model number and visit its official website to check if there's a BIOS update available.

5. Minimize Interference:
Keep the adapter away from interference sources such as microwaves or other wireless devices that might cause signal disruption.
