Cant connect INKBIRD wifi thermometer
Hi
Haven't been able to connect my INKBIRD INT-12E-BW wifi thermometer to my home WiFi. But it can connect to my friend WiFi and it also connects when I use a phone and set up a WiFi hotspot.
i have gone tru Inkbirds support page and still not working. have a allot of different smart gadgets and never had problem to connect before.
Tried IoT network and guest network. Tried only 2.4g and then only 5g. Different WPA settings and open. Changed to access point and back to router mode. Unplugged all satellites and only had main router running.
Do anyone any suggestions?

By the way, just next to "Fast Roaming", there is another feature, "Beamforming". Please also try to disable "Beamforming" to see whether it made any difference.
Best regards.

Hi, welcome to the community
Would there be any error message when the INKBIRD wifi thermometer failed to connect to Deco WiFi?
It is also recommended to disable "Fast Roaming" and “Beamforming” under Deco App>More>Advanced.
At the same time, I'd like to follow up on your case via email and ask the senior engineer for more advice.
Please check whether you've received my email.
Best regards.

Thank for your reply. In the INKBIRD app it only comes up "failed to connect" and "wish to retry? "
Fast Roaming is disabled
