Hello @JavierGdC ,

Thanks for contacting our community.

May I know whether the network is stable on your router now? Please let us know if your network topology diagram is as follows:

ISP modem—AX53)))((( client devices

(Note: — stands for wired connection,)))((( stands for wireless connection )

If you are willing to conduct further analysis, we would like to escalate your case to the support engineers. Please check your inbox and respond.

My TP-Link AX53 keeps randomly disconnecting from devices, even though the Wi-Fi logo is still there, but no internet. When I check the AX53 page, it says PPPoE is connected, so what's the deal? I'm on firmware 1.6.2, and it happens on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz. It's connected to a TP-Link VR400 VDSL bridge mode, and when the internet comes back, it's like nothing happened. How can I fix this? Should I update to 1.7.1 or its worse, or does anyone know what's going on?

Hello @TPL53 ,

Thanks for contacting our community.

It seems that your router's wireless connection is unstable regardless of the firmware version, right?

We will follow up on your case here to avoid omissions.
