Hi, the option "Auto disconnect and reconnect at(HH:MM)" for PPPoE connections under "Advanced >> Network >> Internet >> Add" doesn't work.

The router's system time is correct but there is no disconnect and reconnect at all.

Might this be a firmware bug?


BTW: When a third party call is prompted the callers phone number doesn't show up on the display of a phone connected via TAE. Is there a way to get that working?

Here is a firmware that may help: TD-W9960vV1_1.9.0_0.8.0_up_boot(241219)

Manually updating the firmware, please refer to How to upgrade firmware of TP-Link xDSL Modem Router.

Hello, the firmware update obviously failed. All lights of the router are off. It seems to be bricked.

 

Is there a way to recover?
