Hi there.

 

our main Deco seems to have some problems and is maling some noise. Reset and Restart didn't work...

 

In the app I see this symbol

Hi, welcome to the community.

May I know how long you have had the Deco X60?

Is it only the main Deco that made some noise?

Have you tried to swap the power adapter with other satellite Deco X60 units?

Please also move it away from the high-power home appliances to see whether it made any difference.

By the way, this symbol often means this Deco is offline now.

I'm using it since two years I guess... the placement and the other things around didn't change since working. 

 

I got the message that a new firmware is available and I have to check that later... I'll keep you updated!
