Power led on, wifi led on only. TPplc reports only this unit, the 4 other powerline units missing. All wifi in the house appears off, yet router looks ok.

This is what happens when I plug this unit in.

As soon as it's unplugged then everything works properly.

Factory rest doesn't work at all. Something seriously wrong with this adaptor, how can I fix it if it won't reset. At present it is unusable because it causes whole house wifi devastation.

Help please. Preferably some other than throw it under a bus!
