Since paying for a home shield and advanced parental controls our internet speed is terrible. We are switching to data on our cellphones just to load a website (forget watching videos) and it is impacting video conferencing while working from home even if the parent's laptops are prioritized. We really want to be able to restrict our son's internet use but so far it feels like we are all being punished!
