  @Joseph-TP

AX55 is working 90% of time. If there is power outage in 9/10 cases it will work. 1/10 - I have to wait <24h so it starts working again. This is random, but stills Asus connects 10/10. But if it happened, it is visible for many hours, but it is hard to replicate.

This is somehow related to ISP. As I mentioned in my first posts, there was network equipement issue on ISP side and since then I am facing this problem. It is confirmed that TP link devices are affected only.

I do not have access at the moment to that location unfortunatelly, so I cannot provide more info.

But if you have any diagnostic tools/commands or anything that can help debug this, I will run it when issue occures again.

Hello  @5h4dow ,

Thanks for getting back to us.

Therefore, it is indeed possible that your ISP's ONT settings have changed, causing occasional connection failures with your router.

Have you noticed the indicator lights on your router when a connection fails? For example, is the internet light red or remains solid green?

May I know the model of your ISP ONT? And who is your ISP? By the way, when did you buy the router?

Please change the Router's DNS Server, log in to the Router's web management interface, go to Advanced > Network > Internet > Advanced Settings, and set the two DNS Servers to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.  How to Change the DNS servers on the wireless router and DSL modem router (New UI)?

I got info from ISP that the issue was caused by Microtic bugs. Since update there are no problems with tplink pppoe.

Still this is strange that asus was able to connect sucessfully.

I wont be able to reproduce this issue at all.

Hello @5h4dow ,

Therefore, it seems that the ASUS router may not be affected by the Microtic bug.

In any case, it's good that a stable connection has been restored in the end.

Please feel free to contact us if you have further questions.
