Firmware Version: 1.3.1 Build 20251023 Rel 43624

I need to find the IP address of a device, but when I go into the app is shows 0 connected clients. Then a message pops up about not being able to retrieve the client list and to reboot the Deco. I have done this a couple of times now. But still no luck. Any suggestions?

  1. Please refer to the instructions below to find the hardware version of your Deco XE75.
      How to Find the Hardware Version on Your TP-Link Device

 

  2. How many Deco units do you have? Please describe the network diagram in detail.

 

  3. Approximately how many devices are connected to the Deco network?

 

  4. Please refer to the instructions below to send us the Deco app log. After you send the log file, please attach your reference number (such as email TKIDXXX) to this thread so we can find it quickly.
