Model: Archer C6
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 1.13.6 Build 240430 Rel.54880n(5553)

My TP-Link Archer C6 router has a reset issue. When I press the reset button for 10 seconds, the power LED keeps blinking continuously. After that, when I try to access the dashboard, it prompts me to update the firmware. However, the firmware has been removed from the official TP-Link website, and the router doesn’t allow me to update it directly. I reached out to the support center, but they were unhelpful and dismissive.

Could you please guide me on where I can download the firmware for the Archer C6? If you have a copy of the firmware or know of a reliable alternative source, I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you.

Hello @Sandeep12367 ,

It appears that versions V4.8 and V4 in your region (IN) use the same firmware version, and Archer C6 (US)_V4_1.13.6 Build 240430 is already the latest firmware.

It looks like your router has been bricked. Please refer to How to Recover a Bricked TP-Link Router

For more assistance, please contact local support.
