Archer BE3600 Address Reservation error and missing PPPoE option
Hello,
1. - there is an annoying bug present in all fw versions:
- cant add entry to Address Reservation, if its not in the address pool.
This working fine other models (and other brand too)

2. - And missing "Always on" option at the PPPoE settings.

Hi,
Regarding your point 1.
You are right in that this used to be possible on older TP-Link routers and many users, including myself, would have liked this to be kept that way.
However, big players in the IT industry apparently have decided that a reservation of an IP address from outside the DHCP address pool is not appropriate, and now smaller players are following suit.

Hello,
well, yes and no. Not all fallow this "nonsense"...
I understand this too, but not agree with it.
I can accept this, IF its fully implemented; we get an option to define an exclusion range, and working as it has written in the last paragraph:
" If you do not want to distribute addresses from the whole subnet, you can also define an exclusion range. A reservation that falls into an exclusion range will still work."
