I had a version update for the Deco app on my iPhone and since then the "More" menu in the settings has not worked for me even after reinstalling the app.

Hi,
It's suggested to restart your Deco units and try downloading the latest Deco app on a different phone to see if the More menu in the Deco app works properly.

 

What is your iPhone's iOS version, and what version of the Deco app are you using?
Please describe the detailed phenomenon you are experiencing on the More menu. For example, are features missing, can't you modify specific settings, or is there something else?

I am using version. IOS 26.1 and the latest Deco version 3.10.276 It started right after the last update of the app Just click the "More" button and nothing happens The settings menu does not open It worked fine before

Hi, 
Does restarting your Deco units and downloading the latest Deco app on a different phone make any difference in your case?

 

If not, please try changing the main Deco in your Deco network and check if it helps.
How to Change the Main Deco Unit
 

If the same phenomenon persists, please provide the following information.
  1. How many Deco units do you have? Please describe your network diagram.
  2. Please refer to the instructions below to find the Deco's hardware version. Is it V1.0?
      How to Find the Hardware Version on Your TP-Link Device
  3. Please refer to the instructions below to send us the Deco app log. After that, please attach your reference number (such as email TKIDXXX) to this thread so we can find the log quickly.
