I recently updated the Deco app and I'm unable to set an sleeping (no internet) time from 10am up to 7am.

with the previous version I used to set that time so my kids can watch online tv between 7am up to 10am every day. With the current version every time I tried to set any sleep time before 12pm the "clock" reset to 23:59.

 

can you fix this issue?

Regarding the reported phenomenon, please follow the steps below to provide us with more information that will help us locate and resolve the problem.

 

  1. Please record a video on your phone when reproducing the reported phenomenon in the Deco app, then upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive) or YouTube, and generate a download link.

 

  2. Refer to the instructions below to send us the app log, along with the forum ID 862222 and the download link to the video when sending us the app log. Then post the reference number (e.g., TKIDXXXX) in this thread so we can find your log file quickly.
