Hello,

I am trying to update my Archer C6 v3.20 router to the latest firmware version. The router's web interface detects an available update: 1.1.1 Build 20250716 Rel. 74574. However, when I click the "Update" button, I get the following error: "Unable to download the firmware file" (as shown in the attached screenshot).

I’ve already tried:

  1. Changing DNS settings (using Google DNS 8.8.8.8).

  2. Checking the official TP-Link support website for a manual download, but only older versions (from 2021) are available there.

My current firmware version is: 1.0.18 Build 20250718 rel.76143(5255). Region: RU

Could you please provide a direct link to the .bin file for manual local update, or check if there is an issue with the update server for this specific build?

Thank you in advance!

Hi,

TP-Link's website for Kazakhstan has a download link labeled as "RU".
