Hi all,

Firmware version 8.0.4

 

My TP-LINK M7350 charging stuck at 1% from 3 days and if I remove charger it's not working.

 

From Feb 2026, it started acting weird. Suddenly switches off and then I need to manually On but the charging still stays the same.

 

Now, it can barely charge and is stuck at 1% tethered to the charger. I bought it from mediamarkt Germany. What do I do?  Couldn't get any help from local store as well. Any specific store that I can go to.

Hi,
Regarding the charging issue, please ensure the output of the power supply is 5V/1A, the USB-C cable is the one from the package that comes with the M7350, and the wired connection is fine.

 

If the same phenomenon persists, we suggest contacting the local technical support team to check whether the M7350 is under warranty.
