Hi I am having issues with my product after cleaning the dust out of my PC case, since I have put everything back in its place, the drivers never survive a reboot of my PC, windows always deletes them. So at the moment everytime I boot I reinstall the drivers. 

But when I do reboot, I can see the adapter in device manager and it has this error and is not working.

 

"This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)"

With error: "{Operation Failed} The requested operation was unsuccessful."

The technical detail underneath was:

• Problem Code: 31 (0x1F) [CM_PROB_FAILED_ADD]
• Problem Status: 0xC0000001
• Service exit code: 31 (0x1F)

After I reinstall the drivers it works again but it is very buggy (things dont connect correctly) and I look in device manager and it says the adapter is working fine but I have a new item called Generic Bluetooth adapter appears with this error Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43).

Any help would be appreciated.
