Good morning,

 

I have had the Deco units for a few months now and the only way I am currently able to share screen for work is through the browser version of Teams. While this version works ok, switching back and forth is cumbersome and makes collaborating on documents more difficult. I have ready multiple threads of people running into similar issues but am in search of a solve for this issue. When I am on other wources of wifi or internet there is no issue. When I am connect to Wifi or wired in directly with ethernet cable I still have the issues with these units. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
You can try changing the DNS server on your Deco and then rebooting the main Deco to see if this helps.

If not, please provide the following information.
  1. Refer to the following instructions to find the Deco X55's hardware version: How to Find the Hardware Version on Your TP-Link Device
  2. Are the other features on the Teams app working fine? When you use the Share Screen feature in the Teams app, does any error message appear?
