Have a Nokia 5G router. Using Deco as router and access points 

 

can't seem to connect a wireless transmitter and receiver to identify IpTV. Deco sees the units but considers them not active. Getting a yellow online signal but nothing transmitting. 
 

is the Roger's Nokia causing IP problems ? 

help !!! I want to transmit to tv in bedroom so I don't have to purchase a second IPTV box.

Hi,
Please provide more details about the reported phenomenon.


  1. What's your Deco's model number, firmware, and hardware versions? How many Deco nodes do you have? On the Deco app > More > Advanced page, is the Operation Mode set to Wi-Fi Router?


  2. What's the LED status on the Deco nodes? Does your phone or laptop have internet access when connected to the Deco's Wi-Fi? If the main Deco has a solid red light, it's recommended to disconnect the Nokia 5G router from the main Deco, connect a laptop to the Nokia 5G router using the same Ethernet cable, and then check whether the laptop has an internet connection.


  3. Is the problem that your IPTV is connected to the Deco's Wi-Fi but has no internet? If Deco provides internet to other devices but not to your IPTV, you can try changing the DNS server on your IPTV.
