AV1200 TL-PA8010P KIT Upstream traffic drop

Just bought this kit and noticed my upstream traffic starts perfect when I connect but after 5 or 10 min as much it drops very quick and keeps blocked at the lowest rates until I restart the router. I've no issues with download traffic and no disconnection problems either. I'm desperate so any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
