Model: Archer AX10
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.3.12 Build 20250828 Rel. 26873(5553)

Hello,

I already use AX10 for a year, and now i bough AX12 to create EasyMesh, and its already connected wirelessly.

For now I want to try using Ethernet Backhaul using cable LAN, connect from LAN AX10 (yellow port) to LAN AX12 (yellow port), and the issue is why on WebUI its still signal logo, not change to Ethernet logo?

Signal is more stable to full after i connected using cable, but when i ping using PC -> Satellite (AX12) -> Main Router (AX10) to 192.168.2.1 its not stable, sometimes its spike to a hundred or thousand, and sometimes it RTO.

And sometimes satellite device is not connected to internet (orange LED on Internet/WAN logo)

is there any config that i missed, or the device not supported for ethernet backhaul? please help meee...

thanks!!

That's most probably because AX12 doesn't have an ethernet backhaul implemented - details.
