"The same electrical circuit"
I have multiple electrical circuits using multiple breakers on the same Distribution Board. eg, lounge, kitchen, garage on separate breakers in the same board. My electrician says that for Powerline purposes they are all on "the same circuit" because they are all on the same Distribution Board but are they? I don`t want to buy a new Powerline system only to find that it won`t work if these rooms are considered to be on "separate" circuits. Help please!

Same Circuit refers to the same Main breaker. As long as the two adapters are connected to breakers in the same panel, you should be good to go. The whole Same Circuit is essentially saying that Powerline cannot work across separate panels or sub-panels.
