Guten Abend

 

Folgendes Issue. Betreibe zu Hause ein 10 GBit Netzwerk mit den Deco BE25. Seit Januar im Einsatz ohne Probleme. Aktuell fällt die Downloadgeschwindigkeit eher tief aus - nur 600-700 MBit über WLan - Upload konstant bei 1.5-1.8 Gbit über W-Lan und 2.4 GBit über Ethernet.

 

Download über Ethernet auch im selbern Range. An der Lan-Buchse direkt kommen 2.5 GBit.

 

Woran liegt das? Neustart durchgeführt und Werkseinstellungen ebenfalls resettet. Hilft nix. Kanal 40 bei 160Hz - keine Störungen in App erkannt.

Hi, 
You can try the following steps and see if they help.
  1. Open the Deco app, go to More > ECO Mode, and ensure that ECO Mode is disabled (ECO Mode can limit performance).
  2. Go to More > QoS, and ensure QoS is disabled. If you don't see an on/off switch for QoS, set it back to standard and remove all priority devices.
  3. Go to More > Advanced > NAT Forwarding, and disable SIP ALG and UPnP.

 

If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information.
  1. Please describe your network diagram in detail. 
  2. When you test the Wi-Fi speed, please simplify your diagram temporarily, turn off the satellite Deco, and turn on the main Deco only. Then connect your wireless device to the main Deco's Wi-Fi, check the link speed, and go to www.speedtest.net to test the download and upload speeds. Please send us the link speed and a screenshot of the download and upload speeds.

1. Eco Mode is for the BE25 not available -  but it would be great if it were available :-)

2. QoS is deactived --> Decos are used as AccessPoint wiht a 10 GBit Ethernet 

3. not available in AccessPoint Mode

 

Problem still there. Setup as follows: One Deco on the ground floor (garage), two Decos on the first floor (living room and office), and one Deco in the attic floor (bedroom).

 

Until recently, it worked flawlessly. Could it be related to macOS or iOS? We exclusively use Apple devices in our household.

Hi, 
It's unable to determine what causes the slow wireless speed issue based on the provided information.
There is a new firmware for the Deco BE25 V1 here. Please try to update the new firmware and check if it helps.
