No idea on Harware or firmware, brand new from Amazon 2 pack of bulbs L530B, fresh install of Tapo App on both tablet and phone both correctly connect to the Tapo WiFi neither will detect either bulb. 

 

I generally like TP-Link stuff but this is this just bad luck or seriously junk?
