2. Please check if rebooting the Deco nodes and the Omada devices will be helpful.
If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. How many Deco nodes do you have? Please describe your network diagram in detail.
2. Which Deco does your Omada devices connect to?
3. What's your Deco M5's firmware and hardware version?
4. Please refer to the instructions below to send us the Deco app log. After that, please attach your email reference number (e.g., TKIDXXXX) to this thread, or reply to us after you send the app log.
