You modem router model is usually provided by the ISPs. If that's the case contact your ISP for further assistance on that matter.

In general, in other device models, the IPTV menu looks like this:

If this was helpful click on the arrow pointing upward to make it blue. If this solves your issue, click the star to make it blue as a "Recommended Solution". BTC:149wubkkfoLmNDjDbiTxx4ZU8mpcMA5CJt

Has this modem router been provided to you by your ISP ? What is the modem router model VR1210v or VR12100 ? What's the exact modem firmware version / date ?

You still have to provide an answer to the other two questions from my previous post.

In general, the ISP provided modem routers are not supported by this community.

The latest FW release for this device can be found here ( Archer VR1210v(EU1)_V1_0.10.0 Build 260323 )

As i already mentioned, this model VR1210v is not supported by the community, because it's usually an ISP provided device.

So, if you don't have separate menu for VoIP VLAN and Internet VLAN in its WebGUI, you won't be able to configure these.
