Hello,

I am using a TP-Link C54 router. Recently, the router is not providing internet access. The Wi-Fi network is visible and devices can connect to it, but there is no internet connection.

I tested the same internet cable with another router, and the internet works normally on that router. The problem only occurs with the TP-Link C54.

I have already restarted the router several times, but the issue remains.

Please help me identify the cause of this problem and suggest a solution.
