This sounds like an unstable connection problem. Here are the recommended troubleshooting steps for wireless adapters — please try the ones you haven't already done:

1. Test another device on the same Wi-Fi to verify whether the instability is coming from the router/network itself. If that device also shows unstable ping, please contact your router manufacturer for assistance.
2. Confirm the built-in Wi-Fi adapter is disabled — it sounds like you've already done this, but double-check in Device Manager to make sure no other wireless adapters are active and potentially causing interference.
3. Move the adapter closer to your router (ideally within 10–15 feet) to ensure a stronger signal, as weak signal can cause intermittent drops.
4. Disable power-saving mode for the adapter, as this is a common cause of periodic disconnections or ping spikes. To do this:
   • Open Device Manager
   • Find your Archer T2U Nano under Network Adapters
   • Right-click > Properties > Power Management tab
   • Uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"
5. Install the latest driver : Archer T2U Nano_V1_20251231_Win10_11 [beta]
