I would like to request the implementation of advanced IPv6 firewall functionality in TP-Link routers.

As IPv6 adoption continues to grow among Internet Service Providers worldwide, having robust IPv6 security controls is becoming increasingly important. While TP-Link routers generally provide useful firewall and filtering options for IPv4, the available IPv6 firewall features are often limited compared to their IPv4 counterparts.

I would like to suggest adding the following capabilities:

• Inbound and outbound IPv6 firewall rules.
• Filtering based on source and destination IPv6 addresses.
• Port and protocol filtering (TCP, UDP, and ICMPv6).
• Custom rule creation with configurable priorities.
• Support for allowing or blocking specific IPv6 prefixes and ranges.
• Detailed logging of IPv6 firewall events and blocked connections.
• Independent management of IPv4 and IPv6 firewall policies.
• User-friendly IPv6 access control and security settings within the web interface.

These features would provide users with the same level of security and network control that is currently available for IPv4, while helping TP-Link products better support modern network deployments.
