I have had two of these units working reasonably well for some time feeding my TV. However today they stopped working anf the middle "house" led became red on both units. The "on" light and the connected light remain green but the supply of the internet to the TV stopped. I looked at the troubleshooting and have tried to re-pair them in the same wall socket but this doesn't work. This situation has happen in the past but usually resolves itself by unplugging and re-pairing but no luck this time. Having put them back for in place again I now have three green lights on the unit connected to the router but still a red middle/house light in the TV room. Can I have any suggestions on how to resolve this please ?

I tried to download the tpPLC utility as suggested in the troubleshooting video but can't find it anywhere
