archer D7 is 3x3:3 MIMO Config device ... so to get 1300mbps link speed you need device or wifi adapter that support 3x3:3 MIMO Config.
Sony Xperia Z2 is 1x1:1 MIMO Config device ( most mobile phones are 1x1:1) .. so max you can get on xperia z2 is 433mbps on 5Ghz AC
i used to have same issue with my archer D9...was getting 86mbps or 200mbps on 5Ghz... issue was fixed ... after upgrading to latest firmware ..but new major issue has been introduced
see if there are upper channels [COLOR=#333333]149 to 161 on your archer d7 ?
