MR200 and VPN Router Problem

MR200 and VPN Router Problem

Hardware Version : Not Clear
Firmware Version : 160412
ISP :
My company use VPN Router of ARUBA but use MR200 connect internet on SIM Mobile.
I found problem.
Network Diagram
:: Head Office --- Router VPN --- *Internet* --- MR200 --- Router VPN --- Client of Branch
The two Router VPN can't create tunnel. It use IPSEC technology.
I think MR200 block VPN protocol because I ping from VPN Router can use internet.
Please solve.

And there is another firmware and you could have a try for V1 only:
