Archer VR900v disconnects VDSL following LAN connection
In the last week, my Archer VR900 has behaved oddly. When wired PCs are connected to the router via LAN, the modem appears to develop a fault and the internet connection terminates.
To replicate, I ensure internet connection works and is stable.
I connect a computer via one of the four LAN ports.
Within 1 minute, the VDSL connection terminates. Logging into admin I receive an "Internal error" with Code 1.
I unplug all wired LAN connections and the VDSL connection is restored.
This issue does not affect WiFi connected devices. I have pluggedin Windows 10 PCs and Windows Server 2012 R2.
I have upgraded to the latest firmware as advised by a webchat support agent but the behaviour still manifests.
