Its been a while W8970 got an update TP-link promised a update for netusb is on the way but never came

Finally after searching i found a firmware on:

The user seems to have got the firmware and so does the Italian forum http://www.hwupgrade.it/forum/showthread.php?t=2518169

Fix for TD-W8970 (v1) is unavailable on official website but the tech support sent me a fixed firmware:

no firmware update on TP-LINK on TD-W8970 since 2014 is this firmware a beta or official
Advisable not to flash to this firmware some have said may brick on Hwupgrade
