Has anyone found a problem with the LAN ports on the Archer C5400 repeatedly disconnecting.
If so what is the solution.
Also is there a firmware upgrade available.

@Kevin_Z have brand newC5400. Wifi works great not one Ethernet port works. Says I have no clients, and yet I have 8 devices connected directly to 5400.

Do you have internet access on those wired devices when they connect to the C5400X with Ethernet cables?
What are the 8 devices? Are they getting valid IP address from the router? You can check it as per the instructions if there are computers:

If they can get valid IP address from the router, you can check if these devices are showing up correctly under DHCP Client list on the router web GUI.

@Kevin_Z there is nothing at all coming out of them. Devices see no Ethernet signal of any sort from router. Have phones, TVs, Roku, Kodi boxes, none of them see anything. I've had different type routers and all have just first right up, not this one. Only Wifi sends signal out. Very weird.

If that is the case, the LAN ports might be faulty, it is suggested to reach out to the local tech support to do further troubleshooting, or they will help with the replacement:
