Ladies and gentlemen.
1. I need a firmware update to the modem with support for the English language. Better - Russian. How it can be obtained?
Now i use this version: 0.9.0 10.1 v0003.0 Build 130829 Rel.53164s. Hardware version is V4.
2. What other model is compatible with my modem? Chew firmware can I use?
3. Which team understands my modem over a telnet connection?

1. We are not able to update to the firmware for English service.
2. We can not use firmware among different models. Which means you can only install firmware for this model on this modem.
 3. I'm really sorry to tell you that this modem router doesn't support telnet command.
I am try flash to NETIS DL4322.
