ISP : German Telekom (T-Online privat)

What must/should I configure that an external VoIP Phone (like Yealink TP49g) is working behind an Archer VR900v (FW 0.9.1 Build 161114) on a VDSL-Connection from the geman Telekom?

I've configured NAT for the Ports 5060-5062 (SIP), 3478 (STUN) and 11780-11800 (RTP) but this was not working alone.

I've deactivated H323_ALG and SIP_ALG and after this change I got a SIP-Connection on my phone and can receive calls now. But I can not send outgoing phone calls.

I've tried to set the phone in the DMZ but this won't help.

Now I have no idea what I can do and need some help to get my system running...

The solution of my Problems:
The Problem was caused neither through the Modem Router nor the ISP but through the Yealink TP49G. This Phone is a Video SIP-Phone and the ISP won't support Video-Phone-Calls actually.
And this phone has no (working) automatic fallback to voice-only when you try to issue a call, only the passibility to disable the video option globally.
