TP-PA8030P Kit(UK) Random Disconnects

ISP :
So I previously had a really long cat 5e ethernet cable from the router in the living room, all the way upstairs to my bedroom.
I like gaming, and obviously wireless isnt stable enough for that, too much interference which can cuase disconnections.
Problem I had was I never got a gigabit connection cos I guess my ethernet cable is too long.
Bought a new adaptor for my PC, and still didnt get a gigabit connection.
Bought a TP-PA8030P Kit and it now states I do have a gigabit connection.
Problem is testing transfers I dont get the full gigabit transfer, only get a quarter to a third of that.
Still faster than my previous connection speed.
But now I get random disconnects, and they've been getting more frequent over the last couple of months.
ISP says there'd nothing wrong.
Also when my PC disconnects, I can connect to the net via my phone and the family PC is still connected.
So it's only my PC which is connected via this powerline which disconnects.
I have updated the firmware on the plugs using TP Link's utility. But still getting disconnects.
So anyone know how to check and fix this?
Also why I dont get my full gigabit connection? Could it be the 3 port plug supports 1Gb in total, so 3 ports mean each port gets a third of a Gb?
Could my plugs be faulty?
Any help appreciated.

Thanks Pacoo for finding the vendor's own link ... I'm always for not redistributing what has been sent to a single person individually.
Purely from the filenames, I can confirm these are the same I got (I had EU flavors only).
I'm going to send my final report out this week - and I'll have to return the V1 kit to Amazon too, time's up or else they're going to bill me for the V2 kit.

Thanks to everyone for their help and support and to Peter and Pacoo for the firmware. I've updated the plugs I have now. Hoping they'll be more stable!

Okey dokey. I'll keep an eye on in the coming days, in the hope it sorts, as we're using the plugs for IPTV, we should be able to see if there's an improvement or not. Think Peter mentioned in a previous post, he had a positive outcome, so here's hoping. On a side note, the team I've been working with, at TP-LINK Support, have been fantastic and a pleasure to deal with.

With those betas, I've verified IPTV multicast traffic routing, and got mixed results. The V2 firmware correctly routes multicast traffic from PLC to those LAN clients that have subscribed to the stream, with the other LAN jacks not getting copied. The beta firmware for the V1 fails to get this right, multicast traffic copying to all three LAN ports no matter what. I have reported this finding back, so let's all look forward to a 2nd beta fixing that.

Been busy I completely forgot about this.
Any more news on your testing?
Cant believe last time I talked to support they claimed they had no V2 to exchange for mine, or had any idea when they would have any.
Completely ridiculous and useless!

Hi guys, sadly, after installing the beta firmware we covered on the V.1's I have, the disconnections are still happening, usually for a minute or so every couple of days. Part of me is thinking I'll just have to put up with the issue, which is just an annoyance really. That said, I'm looking at newer
TP-Link TL-WPA8630PKIT V2's on Amazon and considering picking those up.... How's everyone else getting on?

"

Ethernet spec supports cables up to 110 Metres long. Probably you are using eBay cables that are not solid copper and don't meet the specs. Proper cables must be solid copper conductors. Ones on eBay are commonly CCA (Copper Coated Aluminium)
